Our hope is that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for free returns or exchanges within 30 days from the original shipping date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge.
We stand behind the quality of our products. For items that are custom printed or jewelry once your order is made, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. There is a shipping charge and restock fee for incorrect size selection. Please reach out to us if you have questions about sizing.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
